Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative
Talentsearchpro is seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Sales Representative to manage and expand existing accounts while supporting national rep agencies. The role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, handling pricing updates, and engaging with customers at industry events and trade shows.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and SKU expansion
Serve as the primary liaison for national sales rep agencies; set expectations and hold reps accountable
Prepare and distribute annual pricing updates while ensuring margin targets are met
Deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports with actionable insights, including trend analysis and opportunity sizing
Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets
Conduct customer visits across the U.S., present new products, and build long-term relationships
Represent the company at major industry trade shows (including a large annual event in November) and customer-hosted events in February and June
Coordinate booth setup, product displays, and post-event follow-up
Collaborate closely with purchasing, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Create and share detailed meeting notes within 48 hours of customer visits, trade shows, and rep meetings
Support new product launches and coordinate marketing materials for rep and customer presentations
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing and expanding existing accounts
Ability to support national rep agencies and drive strategic growth initiatives
Skills in handling pricing updates, forecasting, reporting, and customer engagement
Experience representing a company at industry events and customer trade shows
Analytical skills combined with customer-facing abilities
Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and expand SKU offerings
Experience in preparing and distributing annual pricing updates
Ability to deliver monthly and quarterly sales reports with actionable insights
Skills in developing accurate sales forecasts and tracking performance against targets
Willingness to conduct customer visits across the U.S
Ability to present new products and build long-term relationships
