Responsibilities

Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot SAP-related issues using strong analytical skills

Document SAP processes and prepare detailed progress and status reports

Provide SAP end-user training and ongoing support

Identify, address, and resolve data integrity issues across SAP modules, including:

Master Data

EWM

Evaluate existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Lead and support process improvement and optimization initiatives

Collaborate closely with the Corporate Business Applications team to deliver technical solutions and resolve system issues

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)

Strong understanding of business processes in PP and/or EAM, including SAP system integration

Proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving problems

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
