Responsibilities

Define and own research strategy aligned to business goals
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, workshops, usability testing, surveys)
Translate insights into personas, journey maps, mental models, and experience maps
Present findings clearly to product, design, and technical stakeholders
Mentor and coach designers and partners on user-centered practices
Partner with UX, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Scrum teams
Advocate for end users throughout iterative agile delivery

Required

Experience with internal enterprise systems
Ability to handle data-heavy workflows (licensing, forecasting, sales planning)
Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (Burbank, CA – 3 days onsite)
