Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to generate technical proposals, cost back-up sheets, quotation documents, budgetary estimates, cover letters and other customer requested documentation. Involves interacting with various departments such as Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Project Management, Purchasing, Finance, Legal and Compliance, and Management
Interface with potential customers directly via phone and email to translate inbound customer requirements into winning Acutronic solutions for new systems, system refurbishments and aftermarket spares/services utilizing consultative selling skills
Proactively call customers to promote aftermarket services such as warranty extensions, spare parts, annual calibrations, training and field service
Follow-up on open opportunities to understand the order timing, budget, and likelihood
Regularly input customer and opportunity data in CRM
Responsible for generating sales reports (bookings, open quotations, sales forecast, etc.)
Transfer orders to Project Management by creating an Integrated Proposal Workbook that defines the project scope

Required

Associate's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field required
Minimum of two years technical experience in a manufacturing environment required
Combination of education and experience will be considered

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience with motion simulation products is a plus
Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus
