Outside Sales - Southern Maine / New Hampshire / NE Massachusetts

Gagne & Son Concrete Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative responsible for driving business growth by developing new customer relationships and supporting existing accounts within an assigned territory. The role focuses on promoting hardscape, masonry, and concrete solutions through consultative selling and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, landscape designers, dealers, and other key stakeholders
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including hardscape, masonry, and concrete solutions, to effectively address client needs and provides tailored recommendations
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and applications of our products
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve product offerings
Achieve or exceed sales targets, providing regular updates to the sales team on sales performance
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management
Work closely with the Marketing and Southern Maine Store Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to post-sale support

Required

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in referenced markets with knowledge of building materials
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of construction processes and materials
Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and insurable
Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred

Experience with quoting or bidding jobs using industry software
Account management or planning and estimating experience a plus
