Train, develop, and hold your sales team accountable to exceed the daily sales quota and better each other in the process
Always help maintain a friendly, welcoming, and well maintained facility
Qualification
Required
Passionate fitness enthusiast
Ability in sales and leadership
Experience in driving sales and leading a team of 1-3 people
Ability to generate 5+ tours of the gym per day
Ability to convert and generate 3+ memberships per day
Experience in training and developing a sales team
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain a friendly, welcoming, and well-maintained facility
