Sr Sales Operations Manager

They are seeking a Sales Operations Leader to drive CRM governance, optimize sales processes, and provide data-driven insights across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain sales processes aligned to Challenger methodology and multi-stage CRM workflows
Own CRM architecture and governance, ensuring data integrity and standardization across business units
Drive automation, integrations, and tools that enable seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations
Partner with Sales Leaders to improve pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and actionable insights
Lead CRM support and education programs to enhance adoption and optimize utilization
Manage CRM-related projects, prioritizing enterprise initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent experience
8+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations within matrixed organizations
Expertise in CRM platforms (SugarCRM preferred) and governance
Proven ability to design and enforce sales processes aligned to Challenger methodology
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and pipeline modeling
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills
