Responsibilities
Lead project management from start to finish, delegating tasks and managing client communications
Identify, recruit, and deliver qualified experts to support client research
Conduct preliminary industry research and develop sourcing strategies
Mentor and support junior team members in project execution
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Compliance, Account Management, International) to grow client engagement
Exercise discretion and independent judgment in decisions impacting client projects and business operations
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or early-career professional; athlete background encouraged
Strong academic record in any field
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Comfortable in KPI-driven, fast-paced environments and able to multitask independently
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business opportunities
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred
8+ months experience in business development, consulting, account management, or recruiting
