Responsibilities
Own end-to-end features: schema/tables → APIs → Next.js/React UI, with a focus on latency, usability, and visual craft
Prototype → ship → iterate: take concepts to production quickly, then refine based on customer feedback and usage data
Integrate generative models: partner with research/eng to unlock new consumer use cases and simplify complex workflows
Raise the quality bar: make call-site decisions on design details; insist on polish without sacrificing speed
Customer-informed building: meet creators/customers, translate needs into crisp product decisions
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of full-stack engineering with a strong FE bias (Next.js/React/JS proficiency)
A portfolio or shipped products that clearly show design taste and refined UX
Ability to build simple, beautiful UIs and the backend pieces that power them
Comfort in fast, early environments; you move with urgency and judgment
JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js, React, and Python plus backend services & APIs; end-to-end ownership expected
Preferred
Experience at ambitious AI, infra, or consumer video companies
