Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce initiatives aligned with business capabilities
Architect and document custom Salesforce solutions; communicate concepts visually and in writing for decision-making
Manage and optimize integrations and process flows with enterprise applications; maintain accurate interface maps
Provide technical guidance to developers; mentor administrators and analysts to ensure quality delivery
Establish and enforce best practices and governance for secure, scalable solutions; review and recommend improvements
Support project activities for customizations and development, including prototyping for requirements gathering
Maintain deep understanding of sales and order operations; stay current on Salesforce technologies and trends

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or associate degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience delivering solutions in Sales, Marketing, or Service Clouds with strong Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) is required

Preferred

Salesforce Designer and/or Architecture certifications preferred; PMP certification a plus
Experience with Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Order Management is a plus
