Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Mainframe Storage administration
Strong technical documentation writing skills
Experience with Hitachi Vantara DASD synchronous and asynchronous replication
Experience with IBM TAPE GRID configurations
Experience with Broadcom (Brocade) FICON directors and channel extension
In-depth knowledge of Client/SRS, Client, DFHSM, ICKDSF, CA1, User Catalogs, ABARS, TDMF, and DFDSS
Proficient with SAS, VISIO, MS Office, and REXX
Project management skills
Assembler, CLIST, and REXX knowledge
Conceptual understanding of Mainframe Operations
Preferred
Ability to work under minimal supervision from more seasoned consultants or managers
Experience in supporting senior personnel and project managers on technical projects
Experience guiding and providing technical peer reviews
Self-starter and able to work without hands-on supervision
