Responsibilities

Create and support testing of surveys used for recruitment. Ability to work with various survey programs to create, manage and own entire development and survey amendment process
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in patient recruitment
Prepare and present detailed reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and projections to senior management and other stakeholders
Work with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and marketing, to align recruitment strategies with overall project goals
Collaborate with the proposals team to provide robust data and insights that enhance the feasibility and success of patient recruitment strategies
Design and implement recruitment funnels to monitor and optimize the patient recruitment pipeline
Develop and analyze recruitment curves to forecast and track recruitment progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines
Generate and maintain diversity maps to promote inclusive recruitment practices and ensure a diverse patient population

Required

Proven experience in project kickoff, including organizing projects and tracking progress across various cross-collaborative teams
Experience working in various software programs to build surveys. Experience in Jotform is a plus
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in clinical trials is a plus
Experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials, with a strong analytical background is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline)
Experience with advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Strong communication and presentation skills – Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor. Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly, both orally and in writing
Computer skills - Working knowledge of MS Office suite and Google applications. Able to generate business correspondence, create forms and generate reports as required. Proficiency with MS PowerPoint required
Knowledge of field organizational strategies - The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment. Successful decentralized team management and situational responsive decision-making
Extensive knowledge of clinical research - Understands the drug development process. Knowledgeable about the critical elements for success in clinical trials; participation in and contribution to these activities
