This role requires legal research, drafting of pleadings motions and other documents, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery requests, trial preparation and trial assistance
This position also requires the ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues effectively
This position will require some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in civil litigation

Ability to communicate with both clients and colleagues effectively
Some local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections and depositions
Admission to the state bar of California required
Preferred
Experience litigating in some or all of the areas of business/commercial litigation, professional liability, premises liability, employment, and/or directors & officers defense
Experience with both state and federal courts
