Vice President, Talent Development

The Vice President, Talent Development will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide learning strategies, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and developing leadership capabilities across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals
Shape talent management priorities by analyzing business needs, forecasting workforce trends, and leveraging industry best practices
Lead the design and delivery of leadership development, technical training, and career growth programs that drive organizational capability
Champion organizational change initiatives, including succession planning, developmental assignments, and technology rollouts, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives
Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and deliver tailored solutions across field and center-level operations
Introduce innovative training delivery methods and oversee implementation to maximize engagement and effectiveness
Evaluate program performance and facilitator quality, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Define and track metrics to measure learning impact and return on investment (ROI)
Manage vendor partnerships and negotiate contracts to secure best-in-class learning resources
Lead and develop a high-performing learning team through coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance learning strategies and practices
Build and nurture strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen talent networks and workforce development
Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to inform decisions and optimize recruitment and retention strategies
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, maintaining integrity and consistency across talent practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or related field
10+ years' experience in talent management, organizational development, employee training, human resources, or related field
7+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams
5+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, including leadership roles
5+ years' experience in business partner-facing or strategic consulting-related field
Professional in human resources certification
Demonstrated understanding of productivity, analytical, and data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, Monday.com)
Preferred
Master's in talent-related or business area
Certifications in Coaching, Talent Development, Organization Development
Experience building and executing talent development or learning strategies for high-volume front-line roles
