Responsibilities

Develop and lead the corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives

Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leadership and executive team

Draft and oversee executive communications, including leadership announcements, talking points, and internal updates

Oversee external corporate messaging, including press releases, announcements, and thought leadership

Manage media relations, including pitching, inquiries, and crisis response

Partner with marketing and business leaders to amplify key initiatives and firm expertise

Own internal communications strategy to support alignment, engagement, and culture

Partner with HR and leadership on change communications, M&A communications, organizational updates, and employee initiatives

Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone across all internal channels

Lead issues management and crisis communications planning and execution

Monitor reputational risk and proactively address emerging issues

Ensure messaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with legal and regulatory considerations

Establish communications standards, messaging frameworks, and editorial governance

Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and positioning across all corporate channels

Review and approve high-visibility communications and content

Lead, mentor, and develop corporate communications team members

Partner closely with marketing, legal, HR, business leaders, and external agencies

Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing or related field

12+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related fields

Proven experience supporting senior executives and navigating complex organizations

Strong writing and editing skills with experience across internal and external audiences

Experience managing media relations, crisis communications, and sensitive issues

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience in professional services, consulting, or highly regulated environments

Background working in matrixed or growth-oriented organizations

Familiarity with change management and transformation communications
