Required

Bachelor's degree preferred, or 7+ years of project management/customer service experience

Exceptional communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
Strong problem‑solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Project, and Excel
