Grand Circle Corporation is seeking a Solutions Engineer with a strong focus on AI to help drive the adoption, development, and scaling of AI-powered solutions across the organization. This role will partner closely with business, product, and technology teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business needs into technical solutions, and build scalable tools that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Identify, design, and implement AI-driven solutions across business functions (marketing, operations, customer experience, analytics, HR, etc.)

Build and prototype AI tools, workflows, and integrations using modern AI platforms and APIs (e.g., LLMs, automation tools, internal systems)

Partner with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical requirements and scalable solutions

Support AI adoption through enablement, documentation, and best practices

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend tools that align with business needs and security standards

Collaborate with engineering, data, and IT teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, and maintainable

Required

5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical consulting

Hands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions (LLMs, automation, internal tools, analytics use cases)

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Comfortable working across teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development practices

Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and comfort working in ambiguity
