Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day workflow for the creator and influencer channels, refining operational frameworks and handling creator activations
Quality & Safety: Implement comprehensive brand safety and creator care strategies to provide a "white-glove" experience for our partners
Financial & Risk Management: Forecast the economic impact of creator programs, use measurement frameworks to adjust roadmaps, and mitigate business risks
Reputation Management: Identify potential threats to brand or platform integrity and proactively deploy preventative solutions
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs for creator satisfaction and success, developing robust systems for tracking and reporting
Vendor Management: Oversee external vendor performance, ensuring metrics are met and identifying avenues for collaborative growth
Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timelines and campaign goals are met
Advocacy: Maintain a "member-first" mindset throughout all internal processes and external campaigns
Product Integration: Collaborate with the Product team to align business strategies with upcoming launches and technical roadmaps
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of professional experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Operations, or e-Commerce/Retail
Influencer Marketing experience with an agency
Proven history of managing relationships with marketing leaders and clients within the media and retail sectors
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a 'make it happen' attitude-comfortable with everything from high-level meetings to persistent follow-ups
Highly detail-oriented with a passion for designing scalable processes and efficient workflows
A 'builder' mindset with the ability to launch programs from scratch and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared success
