Responsibilities
Perform detailed trade area research and site analytics using tools such as Placer.ai, CoStar, and Sitewise platforms
Build market plans and prioritize trade areas aligned with growth goals
Build and maintain pro forma financial models to evaluate new store opportunities, including forecasting sales, occupancy costs, and key return metrics
Support the real estate team in preparing site packages, market decks, and internal approval materials
Track and benchmark post-opening performance against projected models to refine future assumptions
Maintain development schedules and milestone trackers across multiple projects and markets
Facilitate cross-functional communication and follow-up to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and projects stay on schedule
Assist in preparing presentation materials for real estate committee meetings, executive updates, and board reviews
Support lease administration by maintaining lease abstracts, key dates, and compliance tracking
Assist with lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments in coordination with legal and real estate teams
Coordinate with facilities management on ongoing store maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate analytics, retail site selection, or financial modeling (restaurant or retail industry preferred)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with mapping and data visualization tools (ESRI, ArcGIS, Sitewise, or similar)
Knowledge of lease structures, market research, and real estate development processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
