Purchasing & Inventory Assistant
LBU Inc. is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of cut-and-sewn promotional products. They are seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Assistant to support the Purchasing Manager in sourcing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring production teams have the necessary supplies to stay on schedule.

Responsibilities
Support the Purchasing Manager with purchasing activity and vendor follow-ups
Source, order, and track raw materials including fabrics, trims, and components
Maintain accurate and organized inventory records to support production needs
Create, update, and manage purchase orders
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries and flag shortages or damaged goods
Pull fabric swatches and materials for samples and new production runs
Assist with day-to-day coordination across purchasing and inventory operations
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in purchasing, inventory, production support, or materials management
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tracking materials
Comfortable using Excel and basic documentation tools
Highly organized, dependable, and able to work on-site full time
Preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Familiarity with fabrics or textiles strongly preferred
