Coordinates physician practice operations and provides administrative support to management of the physician practice(s)
Proactively supports efforts that ensure efficient operations and may function as a working supervisor
Oversees a small (1 to 3 physicians) practice or assists practice manager with a large (6+ physicians) practice(s)

Qualification

Medical office experienceHealthcare administrationAssociate’s DegreeAdministrative supportSupervisory skills

Required

Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
In Lieu of degree three (3) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement
3 years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience
In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of experience
None

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
