Responsibilities
Acting as the Electrical SME across hyperscale / colocation data center builds
Producing design deliverables, studies, specifications and technical documentation
Making independent engineering decisions and driving solution design for power-intensive facilities
Leading coordination across multi-discipline teams (architectural + engineering + program delivery)
Supporting client strategy discussions and representing the business in technical meetings
Contributing to quality procedures, technical reviews and assurance standards
Mentoring junior engineers and helping develop internal capability
Occasional travel to project sites/client offices (as required)
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited program
Active PE License (and ability to obtain additional state registrations)
12+ years in electrical engineering design (facilities / mission-critical)
Direct experience delivering data center electrical infrastructure
Strong knowledge of power distribution, UPS systems, backup power, redundancy designs
Familiarity with NEC and IEC standards
Experience working in Revit
Strong client-facing communication and leadership ability
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience designing DC distribution systems at 400VDC up to 1500VDC
Background delivering hyperscale campuses and/or high-performance compute environments
