Responsibilities
Knowledgeable on the use of various measuring devices
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings, with an understanding of tolerances and document revisions
Complete part and product inspections using a part or assembly drawing
Apply reasoning skills to measure complex or difficult dimensions
Is knowledgeable on Quality Management Systems (QMS), to include non-conforming material, corrective actions, and internal auditing processes
Understands device calibration concepts and calibration systems
Perform product inspections and determine issues related to customer returns
Functions well independently and within a team environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
5-7 years in related quality experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable on the use of various measuring devices
Read blueprints and mechanical drawings, with an understanding of tolerances and document revisions
Complete part and product inspections using a part or assembly drawing
Apply reasoning skills to measure complex or difficult dimensions
