Responsibilities
Responsible for employee actions, including staffing, performance management, and development
Supervise the team, manage schedules, and assign duties
Coach and mentor employees on technical capabilities and work to remove cross-team roadblocks
Continuously monitor team performance for training and improvement opportunities
Perform technical work as necessary, including troubleshooting, configuration, lifecycle management, on SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services software
Implement methodologies to streamline the team’s workflow
Recommend appropriate technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with other leaders to support cross-domain initiatives and ensure reliable database services
Remain knowledgeable and up to date on trends in SQL Server and cloud database technologies
Actively contribute to strengthening the team and culture by assisting with other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
