Responsibilities

Responsible for enterprise endpoint configuration, patching, and deployment standards across Contract and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for all IDIQ and Task Order activities

Program Oversight and Mission Alignment: Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with the customers mission and strategic cybersecurity objectives

Integrated Team Coordination: Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality assurance for multiple concurrent TOs, ensuring performance metrics and SLAs are met or exceeded

Reporting and Risk Management: Develop and present monthly and quarterly performance reports, financial summaries, and risk assessments to customers leadership, identifying trends and recommending mitigations

Compliance and Governance: Ensure program adherence to DHS policies and frameworks, including FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and DHS SELC lifecycle management requirements
