Responsibilities

Lead multiple application modernization projects using Agile development best practices and DevSecOps principles

Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to estimate the level of effort (LOE) for development tasks

Draft user stories and technical documentation in collaboration with development teams

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Review QA results and final acceptance of deliverables to ensure quality standards are met

Manage team resources across various application efforts and provide staffing recommendations for new or expanding initiatives

Track and report project budgets, monitor burn rates, and take corrective action to stay within financial constraints

Maintain a master project schedule and proactively reprioritize efforts to avoid resource or schedule conflicts

Communicate project status, risks, and updates directly to customers and stakeholders

Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and team efficiency
