Phiston Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Electro-mechanical Design Engineer to join their engineering team. This role involves leading the design and development of electromechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet high standards for quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of electromechanical systems and components for Phiston’s product line

Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings for manufacturing

Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and FEA simulations to ensure product reliability and performance

Integrate electrical and control systems into mechanical designs, collaborating closely with electrical engineers

Develop prototypes and oversee testing to validate design functionality and compliance with specifications

Manage the design process from concept through production, including BOM creation and change control

Work with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for cost-effective production and assembly

Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements
