Responsibilities
Lead concepting and creative execution for large and small 360 campaigns
Oversee and guide junior designers and project production
Ensure creative ideas align with project strategy and cultural insight
Confidently and professionally present creative concepts to clients
Communicate rationale for creative direction
Constructively respond to client feedback
Collaborate with Copywriters and other creative team members to develop high-impact campaigns
Work closely with Producers, Media and Account team members to ensure creative alignment with budgets and specifications
Guide and mentor junior creative team members
Provide constructive feedback on design and concepts
Serve as an ambassador and steward of the agency’s collaborative, proactive, and engaged culture
Model and reinforce the agency’s core values through behaviors and decision-making
Foster an environment where team members feel supported, empowered, and inspired to do their best work
Act as a proactive ambassador of the agency’s narrative, ensuring that team members, clients, and external stakeholders understand and experience the unique value we bring
Qualification
Required
Strong creative portfolio of high-level conceptual and executional campaign work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow (a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
