Atlantic Group is hiring a Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager (Insurance) in Providence, RI for our client, supporting personal insurance client service across auto, home, and related lines. This in-office role provides administrative and technical support for policy processing, account maintenance, and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
Client Service Support: Assist Account Managers with servicing personal lines clients by handling routine inquiries, policy changes, and account updates
Policy Processing & Documentation: Support new business and renewal workflows, including endorsements, certificates, binders, and policy documentation
Carrier & Vendor Coordination: Communicate with insurance carriers and vendors to request quotes, follow up on policy transactions, and resolve service issues
Account Maintenance & Accuracy: Maintain accurate client records, update agency management systems, and ensure documentation meets compliance standards
Administrative & Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Personal Lines department, supporting workflow efficiency and collaboration across the team
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of personal insurance coverage, policy terminology, and client service workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn agency management systems
Detail-oriented and organized professional with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
Prior personal lines insurance or insurance agency experience
