Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers responsible driving manufacturing process improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency
Maintain all production work instruction documentation and tool lists
Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
Work in collaboration with Operations and Engineering to support production operations
Work with a cross functional team for New Product Introduction ensuring that all manufacturing requirements are met. Launch new tools and work instructions for all new products
Manage and develop a small talented team with a clear focus on growing people
Implement best practices of manufacturing plants (lean flow, technologies, automation)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering with at least 5 in a leadership role
Proven experience in Design for Manufacturing and New Product Introduction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various departments
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of CAD and other design and simulation software
