They are seeking multiple freelance video editors to scale their content output to 10 videos per week, focusing on both long-form and short-form educational and travel content.

Responsibilities

Schedule and deliver 3x YouTube Videos (Long-Form): 10–15 minute property tours and educational interviews

Schedule and deliver 7x Instagram/TikTok Videos (Short-Form): 30–60 second vertical clips, blending educational value with lifestyle cinematography

For the YouTube Role: Edit raw interviews into engaging videos, focusing on narrative flow, pacing, and polish

For the Social Media Role: Edit 'talking head' clips with premium quality, using clean typography/subtitles and B-roll to visualize complex topics

Ensure high-quality video editing that aligns with the brand's professional and educational vibe

Handle a steady volume of work (up to 5-10 videos a week depending on the role) and meet deadlines consistently

Required

Proven Experience: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing. We are looking for 'Quality over Quantity'—one perfect video is better than ten mediocre ones

Software Mastery: You are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. You know how to handle 4K footage, proxies, and color grading workflows

The 'Luxury' Eye: You understand that our brand is about elegance. You know how to select music and fonts that convey 'Quiet Luxury' rather than 'Hype.'

Audio Engineering: You are capable of cleaning up audio (removing background noise from interviews) and mixing music levels professionally

Reliability: You can handle a steady volume of work (up to 5-10 videos a week depending on the role) and meet deadlines consistently

Language: Fluent in English (for communication and editing English subtitles)

For the YouTube Role: You have experience with narrative storytelling, pacing for retention, and B-roll management

For the Social Media Role: You understand vertical video trends, 'safe zones' for text, and how to create hooks that stop the scroll without being aggressive
