Responsibilities
Analyze, design, and develop application enhancements and fixes in accordance with functional and technical standards
Convert, enhance, and maintain Jenkins pipelines using Groovy scripting
Develop and support containerized solutions using Docker
Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support automation and deployment processes
Perform component, assembly, and integration testing of developed solutions
Participate in structured code reviews and walkthroughs to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Support production releases and assist with deployment activities as directed
Monitor scheduled jobs, review job status, and support recovery efforts when needed
Utilize configuration management, debugging, and code management tools to develop and implement solutions
Research and troubleshoot issues independently prior to escalation
Create and maintain operational and technical documentation
Communicate accurate and timely status updates to team leadership
Collaborate with other developers to coordinate work across application teams
Estimate effort, plan tasks, and manage work schedules to meet delivery timelines
Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks related to assigned work
Contribute to process improvement efforts and apply industry best practices
Work with users and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Jenkins pipeline development using Groovy
Hands-on experience with Docker and container-based deployments
Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation
Experience with application development, enhancement, and production support
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, job scheduling, and deployment automation
Ability to conduct code reviews, testing, and structured walkthroughs
Experience working with configuration management and source control tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
