Responsibilities
Serves as the subject matter expert on all security documentation matters and consistently deliver the highest quality advisory services
Define and deliver framework and methodology around security program and services with partners and customers. This understanding customer security and compliance requirements, preparing security risk assessments and strategy, and delivering custom solution engagements
Establishes, develops, and grows information security, risk and compliance operational security architecture and security policies, principles and standards
Interprets vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of existing controls
Effectively lead IT projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget with the objective of delivering quality work products
Think through various technology solutions options as it relates to complex business problems and provide recommendations to team lead and/or client
Participate in client discovery meetings, and be able to clearly articulate scope, approach, and level of effort for the proposal
Coach and mentor team members
Work as a consultant with our clients globally
Identify ways to improve our clients' systems and infrastructure (upgrades to hardware, software, and network)
Plan and execute projects with minimal oversight

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field from an accredited college or university
Customarily has at least 10 years of years of technical experience
Customarily has at least 5 years of Information Security experience
Customarily has at least 5 years of mentorship/leadership experience
Possesses excellent communication skills, makes a concentrated effort to speak the customers language
Shows integrity, innovation, and accountability in completing daily assignments
Solutions focused and driven to resolve conflict quickly and precisely
Willing to learn and ask questions
Embraces both customers and colleagues as team members
Working knowledge of leading application and integration architecture frameworks
A strong technical resource who has a background in systems and engineering with an inherent ability to communicate and develop lasting relationships with clients
Familiarity and experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
Familiarity with Security Frameworks (FedRAMP, ISO, NIST, COBIT, HIPAA/HITECH, PCI, SOC, SOX, etc.) and regulatory requirements
