Responsibilities

24x7 Flexibility
Help manage Production Environment (and other Environments)
Handle PCI Data
Handle Encryption Keys (Key Custodian)
Run Operations Task (some off-hours)
Follow Operations Procedures
Help Write Operations Procedures
Hands-on (climb a ladder, string a wire, etc...)
Build and Configure Systems
Troubleshooting / Diagnosing Issues
Present to cross-functional team members
Knowledgeable from learning

Qualification

PCI/SOC complianceScripting (Shell)Programming (Python/Java/Go)Restful APIsFrontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)Cloud computingDatabasesDevOps toolsCI/CD pipelinesProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

1-3 years experience in a production environment
Knowledge of PCI/SOC compliance and security best practices
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell) for automation
Strong programming skills in Python or Java or Go
Frontend experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Expertise in Restful APIs, cloud computing, and databases
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
