Senior Customer Assessment Analyst

Responsibilities

Assist in winning new business by conducting market and customer analysis to understand the scope of a new customer opportunity (for example, in an RFP/RFQ/RFI)
Communicate with the customers’ financial leaders to obtain data needed for analysis
Perform forensic analysis of the general ledger
Analyze vendor service contracts, customer inventory, and labor to complete a current state assessment
Compile, review, and analyze customer, competitor, and other relevant data to develop TRIMEDX medical equipment servicing program solutions/proposals and pricing strategies that meet the needs of the customer
Manage assigned initiatives from response creation through customer Go Live
Prepare financial models to quantify the projected revenue and profit on new business opportunities
Meet with Operations/Finance/Business Development to review financial findings/pricing development
Complete hand off documents for Reconciliation/Service Contract Onboarding teams
Update process/procedure documentation as needed
Continuous improvement of program responsibilities
All other duties as assigned

Required

Ability to successfully work in an environment with a high degree of change is a must
Strong Microsoft Excel and Access database skills required
Strong analytical skills and proven ability to extract insights from large sets of data and share findings in appropriate presentation formats
Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships
Ability to be strategic and think outside-the-box
Project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
Associates degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

3+ years relevant work experience (FP&A, forensic analysis, business valuation, strategic pricing, business development, etc.) preferred
Experience in financial modeling is desired
