Responsibilities

Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget

Engage in program-level strategic planning and interaction with executive-level management

Oversee project scope definition, requirements gathering, and documentation

Manage project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, and project status reporting

Facilitate complex issue resolution and demonstrate excellent communication and team-building skills

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field

Proven ability to track execution of a plan with large dependencies, finding technical and schedule mitigations, proactively communicating the progress and escalating as needed

Data-driven and detail-oriented with a strong penchant for learning

Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
