Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day data center support activities, including server and network hardware installation and maintenance

Monitor, troubleshoot, and respond to hardware and software issues, utilizing industry-standard ticketing systems

Perform copper and fiber-optic cabling tasks, 'Layer 1' troubleshooting, and IT asset management

Support and participate in change management processes, including preventative maintenance and production monitoring

Join an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed and ensure operational continuity

Required

Able to safely lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds

Able to be on feet majority of workday

Fluency in both written and spoken English

Must provide own transportation to work location(s)
