Responsibilities
Conduct logistics and organizational studies and evaluations
Design systems and procedures to improve operational effectiveness
Analyze maintenance, provisioning, and supply chain data
Prepare logistics and readiness documentation
Lead mission-critical logistics and readiness initiatives
Oversee and mentor junior analysts
Lead sustainment trade studies and readiness impact analyses
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with various logistics databases and technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD
Preferred
Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components
