Responsibilities
Learn to conduct thorough coating inspections on various construction projects
Complete detailed field inspection reports and document findings accurately
Use specialized field-testing equipment and assist with testing on-site
Work alongside our experienced engineering team, gaining hands-on experience
Adhere to Dixon Engineering’s inspection techniques, safety standards, and construction methodology
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates with some construction-related experience (whether from previous jobs, internships, or projects)
Ability to work at heights upwards of 150' and in various outdoor environments
A valid driver's license with a good driving record
Willingness to travel as required for job sites
A strong desire to learn and grow within a company that values career development
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and teamwork skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Some college education or construction-related experience is a plus
