Responsibilities

Lead and manage the industrial engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality results

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and client services, to design and execute implementation strategies aligned with business goals

Evaluate current fulfillment processes and identify opportunities for improvement, streamlining and automation

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets for successful technology and process implementations

Oversee the testing, validation, and troubleshooting of new systems and technologies to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure

Analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision making, identify trends, and recommend solutions for optimizing fulfillment operations

Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that enhance our fulfillment capabilities

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to embrace new challenges and deliver outstanding results

Required

10+ yrs proven experience in implementation engineering, project management, or a similar role within e-commerce fulfillment or logistics

Extensive experience that yields expert level knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, warehouse management systems, and logistics technologies

An influential leader with a track record of building and maintaining high performing teams

Have Extensive knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment processes, warehouse management systems, and logistics technologies

An exceptional problem solver and analyst with the abilities and capacity to interpret data and make data driven decisions

An excellent communicator with interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients and external partners
