Senior Human Resources Manager
Confidential company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for a private family estate. The role focuses on securing the right candidates quickly and discreetly, managing onboarding processes, and overseeing day-to-day HR matters.

Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for 10+ positions per year
Own hiring velocity, candidate quality, and long-term retention outcomes
Recruit for sensitive, high-trust household positions (including executive support, service management, and operations)
Translate needs into clear role definitions, selection criteria, and decision frameworks
Make and drive hiring decisions with urgency, discernment, and accountability
Apply sound judgment in determining when to accelerate hiring and when to hold
Manage onboarding and separation processes
Oversee day-to-day HR matters and employee relations
Maintain working knowledge of California employment requirements and risk considerations
Engage external advisors or vendors when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR leadership and/or recruiting roles
Track record of direct ownership over hiring results, not advisory support
Background in high-discretion environments such as private estates, family offices, luxury hospitality, or executive support organizations
Ability to clearly describe prior hiring decisions, timelines, and long-term outcomes
Strong judgment, independence, and commitment to confidentiality
