Strategic Account Manager - Energy Metering
DENT Instruments, Inc. is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to drive long-cycle, high-impact growth with OEMs, specifiers, and strategic channel partners. This senior role requires a sales leader with technical savvy and business development expertise to influence large, complex projects from the earliest stages.

Responsibilities
Managing and growing key OEM, specifier, and strategic partner relationships
Influencing project specifications to position DENT early in the sales cycle
Leading RFP responses, custom project proposals, and solution architecture
Acting as a technical advisor and guiding pilot or validation efforts
Coordinating internal teams to meet customer-specific needs
Leading customer presentations, trainings, and thought-leadership engagements
Maintaining pipeline and account strategy data in CRM
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in technical sales, OEM/key account management, or specification-driven selling
Proven success managing long sales cycles and large, complex deals
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Preferred
Experience influencing specifications or working with design firms
Familiarity with energy metering, building automation, or industrial controls
Background in custom product sales or technical consulting
