Responsibilities
Lead and scale MedMatch’s partner ecosystem across providers, ancillary services, and healthcare companies
Build durable, high-trust partnerships that drive real utilization
Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify access gaps
Activate partners where demand exists
Ensure partnerships translate into completed referrals and sustained engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, provider relations, network development, or healthcare services
Experience working with providers, clinics, health systems, or healthcare services organizations
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, referrals, access challenges, or care coordination
Proven ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships
Comfortable operating in complex, regulated healthcare environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Experience in digital health, health IT, healthcare services, or care coordination platforms
Advanced degree
