Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
Experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, or organizational governance
Fundraising, donor relations, and partnership-building capabilities
Knowledge of financial oversight, budgeting, and compliance
Effective communication, collaborative, and interpersonal skills
Passion for economic equity, diversity, and supporting Black-owned businesses
Ability to dedicate time for meetings, events, and active participation in organizational activities
Preferred
Previous board experience or experience in a similar leadership role is a plus
