Responsibilities
Build trust-based, long-term relationships by understanding clients’ financial goals, values, and risk tolerance
Create customized strategies for wealth building, retirement planning, estate planning, and risk management
Educate and guide clients on appropriate financial solutions, including investments, insurance, and wealth-preservation strategies
Conduct regular reviews, adjust plans as life changes, and remain a consistent resource for clients over time
Work alongside CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals to deliver well-rounded financial solutions
Stay informed on economic trends, regulatory updates, and financial innovations to serve clients at the highest level
Operate with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to doing what is best for the client—always
Qualification
Required
Integrity & Work Ethic – You hold yourself to a high standard and follow through on commitments
Entrepreneurial Mindset – You take ownership of your results and are motivated to build something meaningful
Strong Communication Skills – You can explain complex financial concepts in a clear, relatable way
Analytical Thinking – You enjoy problem-solving and developing strategic solutions
Preferred
A background in finance, business, or economics is helpful but not required
Prior advisory or sales experience is a plus, not a prerequisite
