Responsibilities
Manage asset receipt, validation, workflow approvals, and campaign timelines using production management tools
Set up and execute email deployments, including A/B subject line testing and send-time optimization
QA email rendering, functionality, proofs, and approvals prior to deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and technical issues
Perform data testing to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance
Build and manage target audience lists using targeting platforms (Unica 12 preferred)
Deliver audience lists across multiple platforms and vendors via secure data transfers (SFTP/API)
Produce audience sizing and count reports to support business planning across communication channels (email, SMS, direct mail, and digital targeting)
Serve as the primary point of contact for daily email production activities
Participate in weekly production meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with IT, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity, system performance, and process adherence
Ensure smooth daily operations while managing multiple campaigns and timelines
Maintain detailed documentation and workflow accuracy
Support continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in campaign operations, CRM, or digital marketing
Experience coordinating trafficking activities across multiple teams
Hands-on experience with production management or workflow tools
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a technical environment
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and manage projects end-to-end
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail- and process-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with targeting tools
Preferred
Unica 12 preferred
Adobe Analytics experience preferred
