JMP Summer 2026 Internship – Digital Operations
JMP, a subsidiary of SAS, is seeking a motivated intern to join their Digital Operations team this summer. The role involves supporting the ERP ecosystem, documenting business processes, testing system enhancements, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
System Support & Analysis: Assist the team with testing and documenting changes to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, or related applications)
Data Quality & Reporting: Help identify data inconsistencies, perform cleanup activities, and support reporting and dashboard updates
Process Documentation: Capture and organize workflow documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
Troubleshooting & Testing: Participate in functional testing of new features, integrations, or automation scripts
Research & Innovation: Explore emerging technologies or tools that could improve efficiency across Finance, Operations, or Sales systems
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal business users to understand how technology supports daily operations and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualification
Required
Currently an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
Strong interest in ERP systems, automation, or business process improvement
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Eagerness to learn new tools and collaborate in a team environment
Not graduating prior to Dec 2026
Preferred
Exposure to coursework in ERP systems (eg NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
Familiarity with querying or scripting languages (eg JavaScript, SQL, Python)
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
