Responsibilities
Provide payroll and scheduling support to Account Managers and Management
Review and verify weekly payroll and billing for accuracy. Multiple divisions and states for over 1000 employees, which includes Union employees
Input direct deposits and other deductions into the payroll system
Review and analyze payroll and billing reports to confirm all rates are accurate
Generate weekly and monthly invoices and input them into QuickBooks
Prepare weekly Payroll reports for management
Set up new customers in TrackTik which includes weekly schedule, pay and bill rates
Answer employee questions or complaints regarding payroll and process corrections
Carry out payroll and billing duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
MUST have Payroll experience and security payroll a plus
Ability to track and maintain assignments
Strong computer skills – proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and achieve results
Detail oriented and able to carry out multiple assignments concurrently
Committed to working collaboratively to achieve the required objective, a team player
Minimum of 3 years prior payroll experience
Knowledge of QuickBooks a must, plus Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred
Accounting or Finance degree preferred
Union experience preferred but not required
