Responsibilities

Reports to: Director of Enterprise Applications/GP Program Lead
Works closely with: Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, IT Operations, Data & Integration Teams, and GP vendors

Required

5+ years of experience working with enterprise GP systems in a functional, product, or analyst role
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, or Senior Business Analyst
Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting an GP platform
Demonstrated experience providing Level 3 GP support in a production environment
Deep understanding of core GP domains (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Projects, or Manufacturing)
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Business-outcome focused with strong operational empathy
Comfortable switching between strategy and deep hands-on execution
Strong ownership mindset and bias toward accountability
Ability to make pragmatic decisions in complex environments
Calm and effective under production pressure
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite GP platforms
GP or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or platform-specific certifications)
Experience in multi-entity, multi-company, or acquisition-driven environments
Familiarity with integrations, data flows, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Experience working in a regulated or operationally critical environment
