Creative Producer
Only7Seconds is a national leader in addressing the youth loneliness crisis, aiming to help two million youth and young adults experience meaningful connections by 2035. The Creative Producer will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while managing various creative partners and workflows.

Responsibilities
Managing campaign project flow from intake through delivery, with clear scope, timelines, and accountability
Tracking budgets, managing vendors, reviewing contracts, and keeping creative operations financially disciplined
Coordinating internal and external creative partners—designers, videographers, agencies, freelancers—to keep work moving smoothly
Building and maintaining the systems that make creative work run (intake, approvals, asset management, archival)
Writing clear creative briefs and production roadmaps across design, copy, video, and experiential
Anticipating needs, surfacing risks early, and clearing bottlenecks before they slow the team
Rolling out scalable templates, processes, and tools (Asana, Airtable, Notion, etc.) to improve efficiency
Coordinating shoots, events, and activations, keeping creative vision aligned with operational reality
Partnering closely with strategy, communications, and partnerships teams to keep work connected
Qualification
Required
3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations (agency, brand, or nonprofit environment)
A track record of juggling multiple projects with shifting priorities
Strong financial literacy—budget tracking, vendor negotiation, contract review
Fluency in project management and asset systems (Asana, Airtable, Notion, Jira, etc.)
The ability to simplify information and communicate clearly with leadership
A self-starter mindset: able to see the need before it arises and tackle opportunities without being directed
A calm, solutions-first mindset—especially when things get complex
Experience working across creative workflows (copy, design, video)
Comfort balancing creative ambition with structured process
Preferred
Agency or production experience with high-volume creative
Experience coordinating live shoots or experiential activations
Experience supporting or leading high-level partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
Familiarity with nonprofit or mission-driven campaigns
Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM)
